A HOUSE FULL OF GIRLS

Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe

There was an old woman
who lived in a shoe;
She had so many children
she didn't know what to do.

She gave them some broth
without any bread,
She spanked them all soundly
and sent them to bed.

The Anderson family 4th of July 2008

I thought that such a long day would be tiring but the day pretty much flowed together perfectly..only with minor bitching from the resident bitchy family members..my favorite new saying is "quityourbitchin" all one word ..anyways a rundown of our 4th of July...
first Adam got home from work @ 7AM (he works overnights) next it was time to awaken the crew..
and then drop Kate at work @ 9AM then we hit walmart and picked up some stuff for the beach later..next we headed to the Kalispell parade where we met Whammer and gang..
then @ 10AM we watched the parade..then headed to Conrad Mansion @11AM for a Ice cream social.. then it was a quick stop to the grocery store to pick up some food items for our picnic..next it was Woodland water park @ 12:30PM it was our first time there and I was really impressed ..the kiddie wading pool was a ton of fun the babies didn't know what to think of it..it's kinda of difficult to watch 4 kids under 5 by myself...definitely would be easier with another adult around...then it was off to home quick BBQ dinner and then to the beach...which is one of my favorite places in Montana I just love Whitefish beach..anyways water was a little choppy cause we had a little rain between Water park and the time we headed to the beach but Adam went along it was fun whammer met us out there...we stayed and watched the fireworks...took way too many photos which seems to be the norm with me ..anyways it was a great day tons of memories..living life to the fullest...and loving every second of it

JULY THE MONTH AMERICA CELEBRATES ITS FREEDOM ~ I AM CELEBRATING MY FREEDOM FROM A MESSY HOUSE AND UNHELPFUL CHILDREN..

AS I WALK IN THE DOOR I AM GREETED BY A MESS..
NOW WITH SEVEN DAUGHTERS YOU PROBABLY SAY WELL OF COURSE YOUR HOUSE IS PROBABLY MESSY WITH ALL THOSE KIDS RUNNING AROUND..
WELL IN MY OPINION IT SHOULDN'T BE SO MESSY...
NOW HAVING TEENAGERS SOME ASSUME THAT THEY WOULD PITCH IN ..
IT'S MORE LIKE THEY PITCH A FIT WHEN ASKED TO DO ANYTHING...
NOW IF THEY WANT SOMETHING THEN THAT IS A DIFFERENT STORY..
PERSONALLY I ENVISION A TEAM EFFORT FLOW~ ROUTINE IN HARMONY..
OK MAYBE PERSONALITY WISE THEY CAN'T DO IT IN HARMONY..
BUT SERIOUSLY IT CAN BE SO SIMPLE YET SUCH LITTLE TASKS CAUSE A HUGE UPROAR ..
ok so hours later as I've been multi~tasking sending out Happy 4th of July comments to friends..cleaning off my scrap~booking table, doing piles of laundry sorting laundry for seven kids, pulling out winter clothes..tossing clothes that is stained..it's been a long day..a trip to the dump..plus it's hotter then hell..
so as of July 3rd I have accomplished cleaning off my table..and have countless loads of laundry taken care of ..you can see my laundry room floor.. I only threatened the teens about 10 times so about once a hour..the joys of motherhood..
